My experiences in the hospitality and tourism industry, has taught me the value of providing positive, individual or group service to all tourists. As a curator, I was able to promote each guest's comfort and well being as well as my organization. I also worked one-on-one with tourist to ensure that each customer felt attended to. I would bring this positive energy and hospitality to my job.
More so, with my experience in the ticketing department, am always in constant communication with the tourists and the management. My positivity and clearly communication skills helped strengthen our department's efficiency and sense of community
