As an experienced hotel manager and customer service expert, I possess the ability to manage and organize the junior staff in order to deliver their duties at the speculated time, having in mind that hotel services are time-dependent coupled with my ability to offer top-notch customer service experience.
I have personality and interpersonal skills to interact with guests to find out about their experience at the hotel and any suggestions they may have on how to improve our service(s). I am also an active listener, who understands the guest’s needs even when they do not know how to correctly express it. I empathize with the guest when needed and respond quickly to their complaints for proper resolution.
